The health and wellness of adults and older adults is enriched through fitness equipment training, nutritional demonstrations and the development of healthy lifestyles through presentations on health-related topics. 

In our Health and Wellness programs seniors experience –

  • improved knowledge of and access to health-related services, to improve the lifestyles of marginalized older adults
  • development of healthy lifestyles through fitness and nutritional related activities
  • development of healthy attitudes towards aging
  • educational enrichment and ongoing skills development
  • improved self-esteem, social and life skills
