Are you interested in being involved in a “Seniors in Cyberspace” program in your community and do not know where to start?

Check your local telephone directory or library for information
    on how to access senior’s residences, retirement homes and
    organizations and agencies serving seniors.

Call the telephone numbers and ask to speak to a Program
    Manager, Activationist, Recreationist or Therapist.  Tell the
    staff about the Seniors in Cyberspace program resources
    you found on this web site and your interest in volunteering
    to assist with developing a program at their location. Ask if
    the staff would be available to meet with you to explore this
    opportunity for their seniors. Encourage your friends to also
    volunteer to support the development of the program by
    becoming a volunteer and offering technical support to staff.

Students who are interested in developing a “Seniors in
    Cyberspace” program are encouraged to speak to the
    School Guidance Department or Co-Operative
    Education Department.
